Is Zapp Teller Secure?

Zapp is secure bacause it does not handle the sensitive parts of a transaction. Zapp only forwards your transaction commands to the bank, after which the bank takes it on from there - verifying the data and requiring the customer to authorize payment on the bank's secure link. Zapp will never ask customers for PIN or passwords.

Which Language is Supported?

Users can initiate payments from WhatsApp in English, Kiswahili, and French. Other languages are supported depending on region.

How can Zapp Teller Help me?

Zapp Teller will help you manage your bank accounts and beneficiaries linked to WhatsApp. Zapp will help you with making payments commands to your bank or digital wallet from WhatAspp. Zapp will not help you with checking your balances or managing PINs and passwords because Zapp has no access to your bank or digital wallet.
